Crafting the "Calling" Statement
A strong calling for a school generation should answer three questions:
Who are we? Why are we here? What will we change?
Example Mission: “We are a generation set apart to reflect the
character of God within our hallways. We aren’t just students; we are
ambassadors called to replace culture’s noise with the Kingdom’s
truth.”
Vision
Developing the full person with emphasis on Christ in order to
generate graduates who are obidient, informed and possess Christian
values, as well who promote harmony among themselves and other people.
Mission
1. Developing religious attitudes and behavior according to the
teachings of the Christian faith.
2. Growing up cultivating a culture of curiousity, loves to learn,
analyze, hard work, do the experiment, be creative, stand up,
cooperate, and respect each other, discipline and honesty.
Karakter Sekolah
Struktur Utama Modul
Modul disusun secara hierarkis berdasarkan tiga karakter utama dengan urutan prioritas:
- Takut akan Tuhan
- Pemimpin Pelayan
- Damai Sejahtera
Dalam setiap bagian karakter, pembahasan dibagi lagi menjadi tiga tingkatan:
- Nilai Utama
- Nilai Pendukung
- Nilai Umum.
Komponen Isi Setiap Modul
Setiap pembahasan nilai memuat elemen-elemen berikut:
- Fondasi Nilai: Mencakup nama Nilai, Dasar Alkitab (ayat rujukan), Penjelasan (wawasan
biblikal), dan Definisi operasionalnya. - Target & Tolok Ukur: Menentukan target Kelas dan Indikator keberhasilan pembelajaran.
- Pelaksanaan (Kegiatan): Panduan rinci mengenai judul, tujuan, durasi, dan langkahlangkah
aktivitas (bisa lebih dari satu kegiatan per nilai). - Integrasi & Penilaian: Instruksi Penyajian (mata pelajaran/topik terkait) serta metode
Evaluasi dan umpan balik bagi siswa.
